Focus Design Partners is a well-established international design consultancy firm specializing in Architecture, Engineering, Design and Project Management.

We are seeking a talented and innovative Marketing Coordinator with a background in design to join our dynamic team at Focus Design Partners – Qatar office. The Marketing Coordinator role sits within the Business Development and Marketing team. This team operates at a local and international level. This role is integral to our marketing efforts, as you will be responsible for translating many versatile and at times complex information into visually compelling and engaging marketing and communication materials. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in graphic design, an understanding of our line of work, and the ability to create visually appealing content that resonates with our target audience. The candidate needs to be a team player and hold the ability to communicate while collaborating with their department as well as various other departments.

2.0  Responsibilities

Graphic Design

  • Develop visually appealing and cohesive design concepts for various marketing materials, including company portfolios, presentations, proposals, and digital assets.
  • Ensure that design elements align with the firm’s branding guidelines and convey a consistent visual identity.


Content Creation:

  • Collaborating with the business development and marketing team, including architects and engineers to understand project details and translate technical information into compelling visual content for marketing collateral.
  • Create infographics, diagrams, and illustrations to simplify complex concepts and enhance content clarity.


Digital Media:

  • Design and optimize graphics for digital platforms, including the firm’s website, social media channels, and campaigns.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate innovative digital design techniques to elevate the firm’s online presence.


Marketing Collateral:

  • Develop and update marketing collateral such as project portfolios, case studies, and prequalification to showcase the firm’s expertise and capabilities.
  • Work closely with the business development and marketing team to tailor materials for specific client presentations and proposals.



  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, business development, and project management, to ensure design aligns with strategic objectives.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to gather project insights and ensure accurate representation in marketing materials.


3.0  Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably within the architecture or engineering industry.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects,)
  • Strong Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and ability to convey complex information visually.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing principles and the ability to align design with overall marketing strategy.
  • Understanding of architecture and engineering concepts is a plus.
